WHO DARE BE ME???

Dear studentIask….(haha),

I am in dire need of your genius!! I am in my second year but technically my first year credit-wise and my cGPA is 1.0 right now because I only took 2 credits worth last year and I failed two half-credit courses. If one of the credits (MGT120H1) is in the commerce department, will it carry over into my now Arts and Science degree? I’m now in psychology so does the faculty change matter cGPA and credit wise?

Whoooooah there, little punster, just who do you think you are? Do you not know that it is I, and I alone, who is permitted to engage in senseless wordplay?!

Perhaps if you weren?t so busy trying to emulate the talents of the almighty askastudent you would have more success with your school work!

That was a low blow, I?m sorry?. I sometimes get drunk on power, I admit. But let?s get to the point.

?

Commerce, and all the courses associated with it, is, for the purpose of undergraduate studies, part of the faculty of arts and science. Therefore, any mark that you got on your MGT course will affect your GPA and stay there, regardless of your current program. If you?re really worried about your marks and have some sort of excuse for your failed grades, you maybe can try to petition for late withdrawal (see ?aska?s back? post from today). But that?s a long shot. You?re better off just concentrating on your current courses and forgetting all about your past endeavours in Rotmanland.

?

Cheers,

askastudent
