graduation

so we talked all night about the rest of our lives

Just curious, when and how are we notified that we have been found eligible to graduate by our faculty?

—————————————————-

You aren’t notified that you’re able to graduate at all. What you have to do if you want to graduate is request graduation on ROSI. Then, and ONLY then, your college registrar will look over the courses you’ve taken during your years at UofT, and determine whether or not you’re eligible to graduate. You may want to make sure you’re on the right track by scheduling regular appointments with your registrar before graduation date. You don’t want to be the kid in your year that couldn’t graduate because you didn’t know you couldn’t graduate with three minors…

Anyway, the point is, no one will tell you when you’re eligible to graduate. You don’t even have to graduate if you don’t want to. You can stay behind and take more courses. Theoretically, you could stay at UofT and take one course per year for twenty years, and request graduation then.
