Probably not the answer you want

I’m currently attending another university, is it possible to apply to U of T for first year based on your high school marks?

???????????????

No.

You have to present all post secondary transcripts when you apply/transfer.

It isn’t possible with high-school marks (unless you go back to highschool, then it is possible), so forget COMPASS. But it is possible to apply as sort of a “clean” slate, it is usually easily done with mature students. Hiding your academic record is a risky and complex thing, but it can be done, and it is within legal boundaries, but not necessarily acceptable by the university. Universities can find out academic info from other universities, but you can legally seal them from view (but the university may not accept you). If you are able to “erase” your past and identity, you can do it.
