prove my prof wrong

1) Alright, some one mentioned that you could not transfer into UToronto if you had already completed 2 years at another college. So there’s a problem for me. I completed 2 semesters at Macalester, completed a semester at a Texan community college and may complete this semester at my Long Island community college. However, a lot of the classes I’ve taken at the CCs I took at Mac so I’m sure they won’t transfer successfully. Also, I wouldn’t mind “disregarding” a few credits if it means I can transfer. Did I screw myself over by going to CC or is it still possible for me to transfer?
2) Alright, they’ve got this odd system of colleges within the university and then houses within that college. Which isn’t so strange except it looks like you apply directly to the house too. So if there’s only 400 spaces in one house, if you’re their 401st choice, does the university not accept you at all or do you just get placed in another house? Or am I misreading the entire thing and you don’t apply to a house?
That’s it for now. Any other information is appreciated, however.
