Do I personally give free courses for students of other countries? Not unless it’s in being bitter, sarcastic and awesome … or burping.
But I’ll go for the more logical assumption that you are talking about the university. No, U of T does not offer free courses to students from any country. Actually, a big chunk of the student body is from different countries and that policy would probably put the school in the poor house.
The most I think you could get, in the manner of free education, is auditing a class. You can contact a professor and ask if they mind you attending a class and you can sit in and listen. You won’t do course work and you will not be given any recognition that you attended the class.
No free education in this neck of the woods!
