Jeez… I dunno.<\/p>\n

I don’t think so. I mean, people might have totally legitimate reasons to wear hats, right? Or any other headpiece for that matter. I have a vague recollection of my Japanese instructor asking us to take off our hats during class. But I’m pretty sure no one can really enforce that. And if you have been coerced to remove your cranial garment, well, that’s just wrong!<\/p>\n
