Hi, I was wondering other than the adminissions department and the registrar department, do all UofT staff have access to students personal file such as what courses, which college, and grades?<\/p>\n

I don’t think they hand out that information to the janitorial staff … well unless its a Matt Damon wiz kid<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Administers have access to various information. I.e admission to grades and the registrar office to most information. Other staff such as your Professors don’t really get snooping privileges. Although I don’t think colleges are a secret. From what I’ve seen professor’s student lists have the colleges listed beside their names.<\/p>\n

I’m curious to what kind of scheme you have going on … oh and I just got over.<\/p>\n
