Hello, I am a student at UTSC and I applied to transfer internally to UTSG. My application status reads “Application reviewed – file incomplete”. However, an official final transcript showing all my subjects studied and grades obtained have not been recieved yet by Admissions and Awards.<\/p>\n

I’m going to say that the obvious answer is that it is incomplete because the final transcripts have not been received. Saying that, U of T likes to throw little curve balls every once in awhile like not closing the St.George campus when all other campus’ and schools have a snow day. Not bitter.<\/p>\n
I would give the transfer office a shout just to confirm my suspicians.<\/p>\n
