Hi…we are two Trinity girls..first year..and we’ve been
\nbrowsing through the website, and reading all the hate mail for Trinity. We
\njust wanted to discuss how everyone believes Trinity is such a bad place. It’s
\na very, very tight-knit college, but just a little effort and socializing will
\npretty much guarantee that you’ll fit in. A lot of the kids that come here are
\nwell off, but there’s lots of “normal” kids here who just decided that
\nTrinity had the best reputation and wanted to come here. There’s lots of
\ntradition, but it really isn’t as serious as it sounds — most of the tradition
\nis just more fun, college-type activities (i.e. more time to socialize) People
\nmay label us like a “cult”, but no one can really judge us until you
\ncome here — I’m sure there’s some people that don’t like it here, but doesn’t
\nthat happen at all colleges? It’s a great school, lots of support, lots of
\ngreat, smart people, and so, I wish Trin didn’t have such a bad rep!
