I was talking to my friend and she sent me a link to the utaps application, saying it was a bursary. I applied, and now I&#8217;m terrified because I just realized I&#8217;m unsure if it&#8217;s a loan or a bursary. Do I pay uoft back for the money they loaned me? If it&#8217;s a loan, is there anyway I can cancel my application?
