\nYou may opt-out of the Health portion and receive a refund of the fees charged to you, if you are covered by another comparable plan. Anyone may request a refund of the Dental portion. You must apply during the periods below. You can only apply at the beginning of the first term you are eligible for (e.g. If you start in January, you can apply in January, but if you start in September you can\u2019t apply in January).
