I seriously think I did study a hell lot but I still can&#8217;t stop its violence. It&#8217;s not happening only once or twice, it&#8217;s now a habit. What can I do? Should I suicide?<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>don&#8217;t kill yourself over U of T. it&#8217;s not worth it. like a guy who breaks your heart who you weren&#8217;t even dating, this school is not going to guarantee you any kind of long-lasting emotional support.<br \/>\nso what can you do to stop the pain? for essays, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with your registrar writing centre. for big classes like PSY 100 and ECO 100, often services (extra study sessions, tutors) can be found extra-curricularly. find some friends to team up with and go through the material. read things over twice, take notes, talk to your TA&#8217;s and professors during office hours. hell, even askastudent doesn&#8217;t do that.<br \/>\nif worse comes to worse, you can always switch programs or file a petition for late withdrawal. but if you&#8217;re prepared you won&#8217;t have to! and you might learn something to boot.<br \/>\ncheers, askastudent<br \/>\np.s. as a fun fact, did you know that U of T has one of the highest student suicide rates in north america? so don&#8217;t kill yourself, it&#8217;s too derivative.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stupid UofT is having its way on me at my back, in the tests.
