Be enrolled for Sept. Of 2014. My question is: can you major in something from one Department and Minor in something from another? I&#8217;m pretty sure I know the answer \ud83d\ude41 It&#8217;s just that there are a long of things that look awesome to me&#8230; I&#8217;m looking to apply to the LifeSciences Cat. For Psychology &#8230; So that being said, it would be impossible to minor in &#8220;Ethics, Society, and Law&#8221; from the Humanities dept, right?<\/p>\n<p>Sincerely,<br \/>\nI-wanna-study-everything.<\/p>\n<p>?????????<\/p>\n<p>I-Wanna-Study-Everything,<\/p>\n<p>Haha, to be honest, I&#8217;ve answered this question <a href=\"https:\/\/askastudent.utoronto.ca\/?cat=51\" target=\"_blank\">maaaany<\/a> times, but I haven&#8217;t been asked it in ages, so it&#8217;s fine!<\/p>\n<p>Also, it&#8217;s quite refreshing after an inbox full of questions about probation\/suspension\/abysmal grades. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Anywho, you are more than welcome to specialize\/major\/minor in whatever <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsandscience.utoronto.ca\/ofr\/calendar\/#\" target=\"_blank\">programs<\/a> you&#8217;d like from the Faculty of Arts and Science.<\/p>\n<p>So, for example, you can do a major in physical geography, do a minor in writing and rhetoric, and then another minor in visual arts.
