\nAfter undergrad, I really want to try to get into an Ontario law school.
\nHowever, I really screwed up some of my first year marks…meaning I failed two
\nof my courses. I intend to obtain a great average for my last three years. Will
\nthose two first year marks stop me from getting into law school? I know
\ndifferent law schools have different requirements, but none of their

first off….ontario law school? why not set your sites on the great united states of america? better breakfast cereal, guns a plenty, and lots of money for lawyers make it a great place to study law. and then there’s the law school scholarships: a friend of aska’s was recently offered a full scholarship to a law school in san diego. i mention this because this friend didn’t actually have the best university marks, but he destroyed the lsats. don’t worry about your first year marks too much, if you do really well in your upper years, it shouldn’t be too much of a factor, and would probably only come up if you were on the edge of grad school cutoffs. just make sure that you rock the next three years, and make the lsat’s wish they had never met you. and if you’re going to watch any lawyer shows, stick to the first two seasons of law & order only; it was all downhill after that.<\/p>\n
