Do you<br \/>\nknow how to register for more that 5 credits of courses? Can I do it on ROSI?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>right now there are enrollment limitations that prevent you from signing up for 6 courses.\u00a0 after august 10 those limitations should be gone.\u00a0\u00a0 as to whether you should be taking 6 classes in first year&#8230;to take 6 courses in first year and do well usually requires the sacrifice of extracurriculars, possibly your overall grades, your free time-there is a reason that 5 courses is considered a full complement, as the pressures of more than that make it difficult to do really well and have a life.\u00a0 consider meeting with your college registrar and sharing your schedule with them, see if they think it&#8217;s a good idea.\u00a0 remember: the university of life isn&#8217;t located in a classroom, it&#8217;s primary lecture hall is your friend&#8217;s living room couch that you passed out on this weekend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, I intend to take courses equivalent of 6 credits in my first year.
