What is the best winter activity to occupy our time around Innis residence while
\nwe are busy procrastinating?<\/p>\n

?<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Since there isn?t that much snow at the moment and the weather is pretty mild, skating or rolling around the snow in the Innis Quad is not really a reasonable option.? <\/span>So, if you?re living in the building, these were the best ideas that my people and I could come up with:<\/p>\n

?<\/o:p>Good Idea<\/p>\n

– Fruit Olympics, with emphasis on Orange Bowling<\/p>\n

– Leaving nice presents on our Dean?s door step<\/p>\n

– Hugging Jorge<\/p>\n

– Dance Dance Revolution\/Guitar Hero ? if you don?t have it, make friends with someone who does.? <\/span>There were at least four suites with the Revolution in it last year, and there are definitely Hero nerds in there somewhere.<\/p>\n

Bad Idea<\/p>\n

– Rotten Fruit Olympics, with emphasis on the Watermelon Drop<\/p>\n

– Leaving mean presents on our Dean?s door step<\/p>\n

– Hugging Jorge<\/p>\n

– Standing and talking to the front desk staff if they?re not actually your friend.? <\/span>It?s irritating, and you don?t want to be that person.<\/p>\n

If you?re looking to get out of the residence, I know that the Bata<\/st1:placename> Shoe<\/st1:placename> Museum<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> is free on Thursday evenings from 5-8pm and it?s only $6 with a student ID.? <\/span>And they?re open every day of the year except Christmas and Good Friday.? <\/span>Also, the ROM and its new Michael Lee Chin Crystal is available to you as well.? <\/span>On Friday evenings from 4:30-9:30pm you can go for only $8.50 with your student card (much cheaper than the usual $17).? <\/span>Also, admission is free 45 minutes before closing on those evenings. You could even go and see a movie if museums are not for you.? <\/span>There are always movies playing around the city.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
