I would ideally like to intern in France (Paris) for a few months next year, hopefully in the Film\/TV industry. I want to combine learning more French with filmmaking experience, while living in another culture inexpensively. Any leads as to who I might talk to in order to accomplish this would be helpful! Thanks.<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

p.s. – I m in third year with working knowledge of French<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

look into the PEY program – professional experience year. i don’t have much info on it, just what your handbook says<\/a>. go see your registrar. it sounds exciting and i think you get paid. usually it is for science students, but you can ask your department chair (cinema studies, i’d assume?) if the department would go for someting like that. this will probably be something you’ll have to harangue yourself into.<\/font><\/p>\n
