I am looking for something that is either a 100 or 200 and want<br \/>\nto avoid writing as much as possible (it may be inevitable). Currently, I am looking at<br \/>\nLIN 203H1 (English Words) and CLA 201H1 (Scientific Terms in Latin and Greek). What is<br \/>\nyour opinion on these courses and can you suggest anything else? <\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">This is what I?ve heard about both courses:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">LIN 203H1 is a trick.<span> <\/span>It?s a lot of work and people hated it.<span> <\/span>Linguistics is really brutal and time consuming and full of memory work.<span> <\/span>Also, there?s no trace of it in the Anti-Calendar.<span> <\/span>I would avoid this one like the plague.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">CLA 201H1 is a big hit with life science students, like you!<span> <\/span>A friend of a friend found this one easy and really helpful because he could bring it back to his major field of study.<span> <\/span>Also, you?ll be able to break down words into their Latin roots.<span> <\/span>Which is cool.<span> <\/span>?in my opinion, anyway.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\"><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">The list of other Humanities courses for Life Science<span> <\/span>students is on pages 27-30 in your course calendar, or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artsandscience.utoronto.ca\/ofr\/calendar\/\" target=\"_blank\">CLICK HERE<\/a>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Askastudent, I am a life science student that is looking for an easy half courses that falls under the category of humanities?
