How accurate is the suite depiction<\/a> of the ‘typical’ suite? Is there any false advertising going on there? And, what comes with the suite? Like.. what were you maybe suprised to have overlooked when you moved in and realized that you had to provide it yourself? Plus, feel free to include any rants\/opinions you have on the subject, if you have any. I’d like a students opinion to go along with all the official (biased) Innis promotions.<\/font><\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n

ah, the innis residence: home of so many questions and so many opinions. personally, innis was a ball of laughs for a good year but no more of that for me! either you blend or you don’t. you can either make a whole whack of good friends (as i had the pleasure of doing) or you can wind up regretting your choice to ever join their elitist, clique-ridden organization. word of advice: either do join a residence or get involved in extra-curricular groups because the school is huge and you’ll feel very insignificant and lonely if you don’t.
\nas for the insides of the rez, your rooms could look like those featured on the “tour” if you really tried. it is generally hard for froshies to decorate (take heed of those martha stewart living reruns now!…or better yet: the way-too-clever for me: is martha stewart living? magazine) and so I would recommend bringing one or many of the following: alarm clock; tv\/radio\/vcr\/nintendo\/etc; posters (that one of the cure in the tour is especially appealing); cooking utensils; STEREO!; and anything else that is large and\/or stationary is supplied for you.<\/font><\/font>
