life-sci are self-proclaimed geeks

Hey aska….
Im in 1st year life sciences (yes..i know..we’re geeky little kids who whine about stupid concerns)
Anyway, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to take 5 courses in the fall/spring and then take PHY138 (or another science course) in the summer. Like, does it matter when you take it or what your first year marks are? Does the process work the same way? Does it cost the same?
Thanx

you make my job easy my friend. it’s exhausting trying to make fun of everybody sometimes. thanks for doing it for me!
anyway, you can totally 5 classes during the school year and then one during the summer. provided that you don’t end up on academic probation (knock wood), everyone is eligible to take summer school classes and load up fun summertime academic fun! the process for registering is super similar to fall time registration and prices are generally very similar, although you will be paying less incidental fees because most summer students go part time. other than that, it’s just like learning during the school year with more air conditioning. more details will follow closer to the date. check out the summer calendar/timetable for rules and regulations here.
cheers, askastudent
