Hi aska,
This is my first year at Uof T and im loving it, minus the grades. Infact I?most likely failed chemistry. My question is what do i do now!?? It’s a half?course and a prerequisite for next year. Can i take it again in the summer,?do i have to retake the WHOLE thing?? labs and all? Or am i gonna be kicked?out of the program now? I’m so confused, please let me know what people do?at this school if they fail.

What is it with this first year chem course? I’m getting quite the heap of tissues used to wipe the tears of all students in that course.
But yah, you’re going to have to take that dreaded course again. The WHOLE friggin thing. Unfortunately the summer course calendar won’t be published for a a couple months. Here’s the one from last summer. If it was offered last summer, there’s a chance it will be this summer too.
The school’s not that cut throat. You won’t be kicked out of your program … probably. If you want you can make an appointment with academic advisor … they’re quite lovely people … and they can look your specific situation and program requirements
