Hey,
I’m a first year student at utsc and i’m doing really bad in school at the moment. I fear that i will be put on probation and i don’t want that. I just wanted to know that do the decide if you go on probation first semester or after second semester at the end of the year?
?????????
Hey hey!
Okay so for starters, you don?t choose probation. No one chooses probation. No one wants to be on probation. Ever.
At UTSC, probation is the result of you getting less than a 1.6 GPA after attempting at least 3.0 FCE. This means that you won?t be put on probation until the end of this academic year in April. This also means that you have time to pull up your grades! You have plenty of time to make some changes, so stick around in the library, do all your readings, and maybe learn some things with academic advising.
You have time, so use it wisely!
Best,
aska

hi, Mr. ASAK, what if I take 2.5 credits in this academic year, what is the probation policy to this case.
Thanks in advance.
