no. UofT doesn’t offer communications. we offer film and semiotics and english and canadian media studies. york offers communications. ryerson probably offers something similar as well. UofT doesn’t go for that experiemental shit. only the tried and true. like sanskrit.
try the canadian media studies at university college. uni221h is a great course. it won’t count towards your english post, but it is half a social science credit if you need one for your distribution requirement.

okay, just to deny the overwhelming proof to the contrary, i am sometimes wong, i mean wrong. so there is a new communications program at UofT. sort of UofT. well, UofT erindale, in mississauga. but to make up for that lousy fact, it is in conjuction with sheridan, which as my friend likes to constantly reinforce, is the best art school in the country.
also look at the courses at the website.
