Transferring

George Brown You Lookin’ Fiiine Tonight

I stumbled upon this site and i was wondering if you can help me out with a major confusion i have about transferring from university to college. Some background information about myself.
I completed high school with an average above 85%. I have also taken University English and Math with an average of 75% and 94% respectively. But while i was in university i failed two courses with an F and two courses with a D. Eight of my courses however are between a B. My cumulative GPA is 1.88.
My question for you is, will my failed university courses and my low GPA affect my chance of getting accepted to George Brown college for Baking Pre-Employment, Architectural Technology, or Architectural Technician?
If it does affect me negatively, what can i do in order to get accepted to one of those programs?

Yours Truly,
Elle.

Hi Elle,

Apparently this information is hidden deep in the depths of the batcave, or some other super awesome underground place. But here’s what I could dig up. When transferring schools they check out your entire academic history. BUT when transferring from university to college they generally look at your high school marks.

You can also explain your situation from first year. Whether the low marks were due to personal issues or just a rough transition.

In any case you seem like quite the smart cookie and I’m sure everything come up Millhouse for you.

love and smoothies,
