You can. It’s good that you are?considering transferring for your 3rd year because the maximum number of credits that you are allowed to transfer is 10.

Go through all the steps and it outlines all the need to know shiz and then you can submit your application right then and there.
Just keep in mind that the deadline for you internal transfer is March 1st
