is international relations the opposite of peace & conflict studies?

How do the programs in Peace & Conflict Studies, International Relations and Joint IR-PACS differ? Which has the best reputation? Which is easiest and hardest to get into?

if you want the reputation with the students go to the anti-calendar
and look up the courses required for the degree.
international relations requires a 2.80 cgpa and a 66% average in first year courses, as well as a personal interview.
peace and conflict studies requires a 2.80 for a major and a 3.0 for a specialist, as well as an interview.
that info was taken form the course calendar.
peace and conflict studies website.
i figure anything promoting awareness beyond our continent or peace should have a good reputation. because they are more specialized than a polisci or history degree, they may close some doors upon graduation, but will most likely open more in that field. for example, i don’t if you could be a highschool history teacher, but you could get a job with greenpeace, hypothetically.
