Hey, I`m a non degree student. I`m only doing one class in the fall and another in the winter. However, I`ve noticed that my tuition is very high, mainly because I have an additional 300+ bucks tacked on for incidental campus and society fees. As a non-degree student is there a way to opt out of all of this?.
Thanks
Dave

Hey Dave,
Unfortunately, whether you?re a non-degree student or not, you still technically attend U of T and as a result, are in the same boat as the degree students.
If you?re curious as to where that additional few hundred goes, you can take a look at this breakdown. However, the only things you can really opt-out of are the health and dental plans. As a part-time student now, you?ll be getting about $75 back. Further info on opting-out can be found on the APUS website. Sorry, bud!
