What up aska,So I’m currently thoroughly confused about ROSI. I attended an info session on how to sign up for courses and everything yesterday and they told us to go home and sign in and find out what our ‘start times’ are. So I signed in today (July 10) to check out what my start time is (I’m a first year) and I clicked on the course link and it told me to enter the course code. Does that mean that course selection has already started? Or does it just always say that? Thanks for any help
?No no no no no no no no!?
For starters, you (and all the other first-years) can view your start time beginning July 17, which was? uh.. a while ago. Oops? (chuckle? giggle? cough?)
Plus, before course enrollment starts (July 28th for first-years), you can punch in whatever the hell you want and it won?t matter one bit! Another cool trick (actually, it?s not really a trick, and it sure ain?t cool)is to go to ?view timetables/spaces? under ?course enrollment? and? view the timetables and spaces for your prospective courses and tutorials/labs.
On enrollment day, after you figured out what you want to take, go to ?manage courses? and submit like there?s no tomorrow! That is, up to a maximum of 5 FCE?s (an additional credit can be added after August 8).
After you?re done, and your course selection is complete, take a breath, light up a cig, and gaze lovingly into ROSI?s eyes for letting you in the forbidden garden of LECs TUTs and PRAs.
