long-distance communication with the university

Hey, I was recently addmitted, and in the letters it said that I should come to campus for help with choosing my courses, However, I live in Nova Scotia, and so I can’t really come in. How else can I get help? because I have no idea how to pick the courses I need.

oh crap, our conspiracy to keep nova scotians out of UofT has been found out! nah, really the college registrars encounter this problem on a practically daily basis. you can follow a number of viable avenues, but the one i would recommend is simple: email your registrar. the email address for the registrar at innis is (now this is a difficult email address if i have ever heard of one) registrar.innis@utoronto.ca. if your questions need more detailed answers than the registrar feels s/he can give you over the net, then s/he will book a phone appointment with you. of course, you can always do it the old-fashioned way with semaphores, but i don’t know how many flags you keep handy…even if you are in Nova Scotia.cheers,
