no problem a lot!! the frosh packages are all about fun and fun costs money and we don’t have much money but we can have a lot of fun with your money! thus, for the low low cost of a frosh package you get to romp it up during the first week of classes and be attended to by a bevy of beautiful upper-years who will give you stuff like a laundry bag and the equally sensual frosh t-shirt.
as for the incidental fees, those are the costs of running the university that is not directly related to taking classes, ie student societies and administration and all of the dept fees that are incurred throughout the year.
in other words, though you’re scraping together every last penny to pay for your education, the UofT is demanding mucho dinero to turn your education into an worthwhile learning experience.
