first of all, have you ever heard of punctuation? It makes reading so much yummier! Seriously, try it some time.
Now, despite what some readers might think, I usually make a commendable (well, at least I commend it) effort to investigate and come up with a reasonable answer. This time, however, you got me: I do not attend UTM/ mac/ western. Nor do I know anyone who does or has. That’s just me being all bubble-boy-like and unfriendly. On the other hand, where would askastudent be without the endearing air of alienation and general aloofness?
Plus, your question sucks. What are you comparing? Specific programs? Grading tendencies? Work-load? General hardness?
But as much as I want to forget about your question and/or shrug it off with a dismissive answer, that little aska-voice inside me just keeps ranting ?that’s not the aska way of doing things’.
So here are the results of some meticulous research (= googling up online forums with some student comments) I did on the three institutions in question. Enjoy:
UTM
“I’ve been told that UTM is more like a high school type environment in terms of its social aspect, as for teaching quality, it depends more on the lecturer rather than the campus, as I’m sure there are excellent and craptastic lecturers on all campuses.”
“Some courses at UTM are a lot harder than downtown and my friends have taken the equivalent courses downtown.”
“UTM is hidden in a forested parkland. There literally are rabbits hopping around the footpaths (and skunks too). It made me feel like Sleeping Beauty”
Western:
“western has a good campus community…prob the best in canada but the academics really suck. really really really”
“UWO has bad bad girls! The best thing about a UWO degree is that you?ve been certified of getting laid!”
“I thought that the party scene was great and there were alot of things happening for students but then again, after two years, the students and the people of London just get to you…”
McMaster:
