u know about the discount TTC sales? are they cheaper than buying it normally? could u tell em teh point of all that and how much they cost?
i’ve decided to answer this question, mainly to rebuke rumours that a discounted metropass will be included in our student fees this year. it won’t, says sac. this almost sucks, because this whole metropass thing could have semi-convinced me to live in all of bloor and landsdowne’s sketchy luxury.
anyways, the deal is that the SAC office sells discounted metropasses once a month in king’s college cirlce. they are $87 instead of $99.75 – so if you feeling like saving approx. 13 dollars to line up in the freezing cold for hours on end, go for it.
