I have a question regarding Academic Probation. I thought you needed a sessional GPA of 1.6 to be ok, not 1.7? Am I mistaking this for the other campuses (UTSC, UTM)?
Also, is it possible to have your suspension removed? I know it’s a long shot, so I was just wondering if it has ever been done before and if so what are the circumstances?
How lenient are TAs in bumping up your mark a couple of points?

1.6 is an OK grade.? Anything below 1.5 is bad.? It is the same on all campuses.? You can petition your suspension.? It may not get revoked because the university wants you to think about your life.? Maybe you do not like school?? Maybe you do like school and needed a break.? The university is nice.? The university is nice because they do not want you to make the wrong decision about your life.? Sometimes TAs are really nice too.? TAs are nice because they are also students and will try to help you as long as you do not make their life more difficult.? Maybe you will have a mean TA.? Then that mean TA may not be nice because they have a twist in their underpants.
