hey there,
unless you’re eligible for a fee deferral for scholarship/OSAP reasons, you do unfortunately need to pay your semester 1 fees in full. if you’re in artsci, the deadline for that is september 30th, while the deadline for second sem fees isn’t too long after that– november the 30th. if you’re in another faculty or at a whole ‘nother campus, i’d give those deadlines a double check just in case they don’t apply to you. but that’s the general gist of it.
if you’re looking to have fees stacked up and pay them little by little over many years, you can take a shot at… student loans? i feel like if you try to pull that with u of t, you’ll just end up accumulating a crap ton of service charges for late payment. i know things are rough with OSAP right now (if you’re from ontario) but yeah, that’d be your option if you’re wanting to delay payment and have it drawn out.
