money,  tuition

tuition is faster-growing than starbucks

why are tuition costs constantly going up? how exactly is it that the school keeps justifying these increases? university is getting too expensive.

a damn good point my friend. the tuition increase seems to be due to government transfers to post secondary institutions being hacked and slashed, although the government denies that this is true. and the school of course wants to generate as much cash as can be sucked from the futures of the student body. who the hell knows.
these increases in tuition tend to be followed by an increase in financial support available for students. and does this matter? not at all my friend. because it’s only free money while you’re at school. loans have to be paid back.
and as far as commerce students are concerned, watch out. this school will be instituting a commerce specific fees schedule, which almost assuredly guarantees you guys will be paying even more cash than you are now.
and guess what you can do about it? nothing. so bend over.
the world is an ugly place,
a saddened and financially burdened cheers,
