When you say ‘someone like me’, you mean ‘crazy’?

    September 5, 2008

I suck at in class essays but I’m pretty damn amazing at take home ones. Will there be a lot of in class essays in a course like.. SMC203Y1? Also, I heard seminar courses were pretty easy but I’m assuming a lot of writing is done in class. Would you still recommend seminar courses to someone like me?

    your definition of ‘easy’ sucks

    August 4, 2007

Dear great one, is POL108, SOC101Y1 easy courses?

What about RLG101Y1? I’ve read (on this site) it’s hard to get a 90+ in
humanities. Well are the FYS half credits easier?

“Easy” defined: Hard work but 90+’s are attainable.

charming your way into classes you’re not qualified for

    July 24, 2006

Hi there. Kudos to you for the great site. I want to take POL208Y1 but I neither have the “one full POL course” or “4.0 credits in the Faculty of A&S” as the pre-requisite(s. My only savior here seems to be “permission of the instructor”. Please guide me as to how do I go through getting that permission, and the contents of the e-mail/letter (if I need to write one). Thanks.
