So i m just wondering: exactly how to find those reaearch-type jobs on campus and would a prof actually consider hiring a lowly first-year????

Damn Government.

June 2, 2008

I want to live either on residence or find an apartment downtown for the next school year but my estimated OSAP funding isn’t enough for living expenses in Toronto. Is there anywhere else I could turn to? Grants, scholarships etc. I really don’t want to commute again this year since it takes about 1.5 hours each way. Thanks.

Health Plan-Schmealth Plan

January 18, 2008

I transferred to U of T from Ryerson this year. I wanted to be able to opt out
of the health and dental plan but never knew how to. Before I knew it, the Fall
semester was over and never got around to finding out how. How would I go about
opting out of the plan, and can I even still opt out at this point in time?
Thank you

tramps like us, baby we were born to run

July 27, 2007

I have this question in mind for years, then I found your site.  You know the
incidental fees that we have to pay, which include the fee to access the
athletic facility.  I only step inside the build for exam purpose and have
never use their smelly gym.  I have to pay more than $200 per year to fund this
service which I am not going to use.  Can I get my refund?

Thanks for your time and hope you understand my question.

November 14, 2006

What the hell is this? I’m poor as hell and I’m still not getting anything a Millennium Bursary. I heard that if you are getting the award in January 2007, you will have been informed by now. Please, tell me otherwise.

I’m going to be a work study student and got approved for OSAP. So do I still need to send in the confirmation of enrollment and other things if I don’t really need the money that badly now?
